All right, all right. If you read yesterday’s post, you’ll recall there was an issue with an archly political topic for a size erotica writing contest.

Sounds obvious when you say it out loud.

To determine a new topic, I consulted the Participation spreadsheet everyone dumps into when they sign up and which I update when they submit a story. I filtered for the participants who submitted stories for the last three contests, and I saw that most of them had also submitted for the previous four… roughly, that’s 50% participation in total: a reasonable quorum.

Four topics tied in two places for most popular after “smashing cops,” and these made up the ballot: Butts, Romance, Size in Historical Periods, and Terms and Conditions. The quorum received an email with a link to the ballot, all but three were able to respond on short notice, and hey presto, we have a new topic.
